THE SECRETS TO PROMOTION: Work Smarter, Not Harder

Description: This might be the best training you never knew you needed.  It certainly wasn't taught in any school, so learn it here, from someone who has been promoted multiple times, in multiple industries and has been a recognized leader, promoting top talent.  The secret:  UNDERSTAND PEOPLE.  Do you know what your boss needs from you?  Do you know what your boss wants from you?  Do you know what your boss does in their job?
